Anti-Hallucination Policy

Last updated 16 September 2026 · Effective immediately · Experimental system

This Policy is binding on SuperGrok agents inside Primacy Vault and on humans who send agent output to third parties. It is injected into every SuperGrok call, enforced by Auditor BLOCK/FLAG, and scanned on Outreach drafts before send. A policy cannot make a model perfectly truthful. It allocates responsibility: the model must under-claim; the human must verify; the Platform will refuse the worst inventions when it can detect them.

1. Purpose

Primacy Vault sells (and helps you offer) human judgment. Invented metrics, fake buyer emails, fake certifications, and fake on-chain status would destroy the product and expose you to legal risk. This Policy exists to prevent that class of error — not to make marketing copy more exciting.

2. Mandatory rules (agents)

Do not invent facts, metrics, emails, phone numbers, wallet or contract addresses, earnings, open rates, case studies, buyer contacts, certifications, or on-chain status.

If a fact is not in the user message or retrieved vault context, omit it or say it is unknown. Never pad with plausible detail.

Never claim SOC 2 certification, guaranteed income, that Arc settlement is live, or that Primacy sent a company email unless the user said so in that session.

Never invent Primacy Scores, node counts, royalty figures, or customer logos.

Under-claim. Experimental best-efforts platform. Human last-click.

3. How it is activated

Every SuperGrok chat completion prepends the policy system text before the agent role prompt.

Outreach drafts are scanned for invented emails, guarantees, live-chain claims, fabricated partnerships, marketing metrics, and unsupplied contract addresses. Blocking classes prevent mark-sent until the human edits.

Auditor treats invented buyer emails, guarantees, and live-chain claims as BLOCK; thin context sold as proven as FLAG.

The Trust page forbids SOC 2 badges until a report exists. Product copy must match.

4. Human duties

You must read drafts before sending. If SuperGrok invents a number you cannot point to in your vault, delete it. Logging “sent” is your representation that you accepted the text.

You must not jailbreak agents to violate this Policy. Attempts are an AUP violation.

5. Limits

Scanners are pattern-based. They will miss some lies and may FLAG honest numbers that look like marketing metrics. You may proceed on FLAG only after acknowledgement. BLOCK stands until the text changes.

This Policy does not create a warranty that outputs are true. See the Experimental Disclaimer.

These documents are not a substitute for independent legal, tax, or investment advice. Primacy Vault is experimental. User beware.
