This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Legal Set. Violation may result in immediate suspension, termination, Auditor-enforced blocks, and referral to law enforcement. Capitalized terms follow the Terms of Service.
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You will not use it to commit, plan, or conceal fraud, sanctions evasion, unlicensed money transmission, market manipulation, IP theft, doxxing, extortion, or the exploitation of minors. You will not attempt to buy or sell illegal goods or services via jobs.
You will not harvest emails, send unsolicited bulk mail, spoof headers, or bypass the human last-click to auto-spray buyers. You will not represent that Primacy verified a buyer relationship that does not exist. You will honor opt-outs. You will not use SuperGrok to write malware, phishing, or business-email-compromise lures.
You will not game royalty splits, fake “buyer replied” or “funded” records to manufacture USDC earned, or bypass Auditor BLOCK except via a documented human override that itself is logged. You will not prompt SuperGrok to ignore the anti-hallucination policy or to claim SOC 2 certification or live Arc CAs.
You will not probe, scan, or attack the Platform except under a written coordinated-disclosure arrangement. You will not introduce malware, share accounts to evade bans, or attempt to extract other users’ palace data.
User Content must not be defamatory, infringing, or unlawful. Intimate images, child sexual abuse material, and non-consensual data about third parties are prohibited. Professional judgment data about your own work is the intended use.
Bots may not create accounts or send outreach without our written permission. SuperGrok inside the product is permitted; wrapping the product as an unsupervised spam agent is not.
We may remove content, freeze experimental ledgers, disable SuperGrok, and report criminal activity. We have no duty to monitor but may do so for security and AUP enforcement.
