Physical Capture — Footage Licence & Compliance

Footage licence, not employment

Contributors grant Primacy a non-exclusive licence over accepted episode cards (and, if a later job completes, over pixel files they themselves transmit). This is consideration for a licence — not wages, not an employment contract, not work-for-hire unless a later signed SOW says otherwise.

Rejected footage is unpaid and removed from license inventory. Primacy does not pay for unusable hours. You may delete a rejected clip from the device log after QA.

Casual capture credits ($1 first payout, modeled usable-hour amounts) are an experimental in-app ledger. Gift-card requests are recorded, not mailed, until an operator fulfills them. License royalties on reused modules still settle as 85 / 7 / 5 / 3 of USDC earned on Arc.

Face blur before any vendor

No faces, mirrors, plates, or personal screens in the capture protocol. If a face appears, you blur or crop on-device before any file leaves the device. Primacy’s experimental vault stores the episode card (JSON), not an MP4.

A clip that declares faces without blur is rejected. Rejects are unpaid.

Data residency — US and EU

Default experimental store is this browser (local-first). Production backends may offer US or EU residency. EU collection and nine-layer CV annotation are intended to be performed by a partner (EgoVista or equivalent) under their GDPR terms — not by SuperGrok.

Until a production host and DPA exist, treat capture as experimental. Do not film children, patients, or workplaces you are not allowed to record.

Voice licensed for training only — no cloning

The think-aloud track is a separate licensed field. It may be used to train models that condition on language + action. It may not be used to clone, synthesize, or impersonate your voice. AUP violation if you try to prompt SuperGrok to do so.

Contributor erasure

Until a production backend is connected, clearing site storage for this origin removes experimental account, palace, capture clips, outreach, and ledgers on that browser. Export accepted JSON first.

Production deletion requests will follow the Privacy Policy timelines. Rejected clips are already dropped from inventory.

Clip lineage

Each accepted clip keeps: mission id, timestamp, QA checks, reject/accept, annotation layers 1–4 + face-blur + QA, and knowledge-graph triples (objects, constraints, exceptions, force, abort).

Layers 7–9 (3D pose, depth, segmentation, intrinsics) are not produced here. A joint SKU with an annotation partner would append those under a separate lineage record.

GDPR and EU AI Act posture

Primacy does not claim GDPR certification or an EU AI Act conformity assessment. We productize the controls buyers ask about: licence-not-employment, face blur before vendor, voice not for cloning, unpaid rejects, contributor erasure, clip lineage, and a named EU annotation partner path.

EU buyers should not take raw home video from this vault. They take LeRobot-shaped episode cards plus, if contracted, partner-annotated pixel dumps.
