Cookie and Local Storage Policy

1. What we use

The experimental Platform uses browser local storage and session storage as the primary store for account, palace, wallet links, outreach campaigns, mail outbox, and token ledgers until a production database is connected. These are “similar technologies” under ePrivacy rules even if they are not technically cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies/storage: authentication session, CSRF-style tokens if present, wallet-link map, UI preferences that keep the product usable.

We do not currently set advertising, social-pixel, or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, this Policy will be updated and non-essential cookies will be off until you consent where law requires consent.

2. Legal basis

Strictly necessary storage: contract / requested service. Non-essential (none as of this date): consent. You can clear site data in your browser; that will log you out and may erase experimental data that has not been exported.

3. Third parties

xAI is invoked server-side when you run SuperGrok; that is not a cookie on our page. Your mail app, once opened via mailto, is your provider’s domain. Block explorers you open are third-party sites with their own cookies.

4. Your controls

Browser settings can block cookies and clear storage. Blocking strictly necessary storage will break login, Outreach OS, and the wallet ledger. We do not respond to DNT as a legally binding signal because there is no consensus standard, but we still do not run ads.
